Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing operations. You will handle campaign execution, content performance, lead management, and data-driven optimization. Your primary objective is to maximize ROI through high-performing email sequences, paid advertising, CRM workflows, organic LinkedIn, and SEO, ultimately driving qualified leads and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the marketing lead, the business development team, consultants, and company leadership.

Cordatus Resource Group is a consulting-led operations and managed services firm that partners with mid-market and private equity backed enterprises. The company engineers, scales, and optimizes business operating models to move performance from plan to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google Search campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers, within an agreed monthly budget and with ongoing A/B testing.

• Build and maintain multi-touch email nurture sequences and automated workflows in CRM.

• Write on-brand copy for emails, landing pages, ads, and blog content, applying on-page SEO best practices.

• Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.

• Repurpose and promote case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, and provide one-pagers and decks to support the sales team.

• Maintain CRM data, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking so every lead can be traced back to its source.

• Track CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and email engagement in GA4 and the CRM, and deliver monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel[GHL], or a similar CRM/automation platform to manage leads and workflows.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, with working knowledge of on-page SEO.
• Ability to update landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, or GHL CMS, and comfort using AI tools to speed up research and drafting.
• Ability to translate complex consulting concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to report on performance and collaborate with consultants, SMEs, and sales.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing execution.
• Experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients or organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with U.S. clients.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video and voice calls.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
• Must reside in Pakistan (fully remote position).

Nice-to-Have (optional)

• Experience marketing B2B professional or consulting services, ideally to mid-market or PE-backed audiences.
• Design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma.
• Advanced SEO experience, including technical SEO and AI search optimization (AEO/GEO).

Salary & Benefits

Compensation: PKR 100,000 to 120,000 PKR per month (based on experience and skills).
