Director of Wellness (Expat/Local)

Our client is a 5* luxury wellness boutique resort offering personalized wellness programs, holistic wellbeing experiences and high end hospitality in a tranquil destination.

This role will be reporting directly to the Group Director of Wellness.

For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.

Profile

• Experience working in resort environment
• Experience in luxury wellness operations, including the development and delivery of innovative wellbeing, vitality and longevity programs
• Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
• Experience in same or similar position
• Good knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements within wellness operations
• Strong understanding of wellness concepts, holistic practices and emerging wellbeing trends
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional luxury service and personalized guest experiences
• Strong understanding of service quality, operational standards and guest satisfaction
• Passionate, dynamic, innovative and creative
• Well presented, healthy, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Strong leadership skills, which include coaching and training abilities and strong motivational skills
• Pro-active, can-do approach
• Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Competent trainer
• Computer literate
