About the Job

We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager- Skincare to join our team based in North Sydney.

This will be a 9 month fixed term contract

In this role you will support the development and execution of brand strategies and activation plans across Cetaphil portfolio to deliver sales, profit and market share objectives for Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of Annual Brand Plans (ABP) for relevant brand portfolio.

·       Coordinate the development and drive implementation of activation plans, including working with digital & ecommerce lead on digital marketing.

·       Manage campaign timelines and agency deliverables.

·       Work with regional and global teams to optimise development and use of NPD, content/assets, and strategy.

• Partner with Category and Trade Marketing team to deliver pharmacy and grocery retail shopper activations and joint customer planning
• Support implementation of go-to-market strategies.
• Measure and evaluate brand activation effectiveness against core performance KPIs.
• Identify growth/profit opportunities for Cetaphil portfolios and contribute develop strong Annual Brand Plans to deliver against these.
• Drive the development and delivery of activation plans to maximise business performance.

Ideally you will have

• At least 1 year previous Brand Marketing experience within FMCG, pharmacy and grocery
• New Product Launch experience including project delivery, project assessment, and gate process management.
• Experience developing and delivering multi-channel consumer & shopper marketing programmes including localising global creative ideas.
• Preferably experience using IMS, Aztec or Nielsen data, Brand Health Tracking.
