As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Follow & Respect the Rules of GE

·        Response of the SQDC (safety/quality/delivery/cost) on project basis.

·        Project Management

1.     Initial the project transfer of the new order/contract from Commercial teams, leading the identification of the technical & commercial risk on the project. work out the mitigate action plans and regular follow up with related action owners.

2.     Project milestones follow up to meet the delivery schedule of contract.

3.     Leading the Factory Acceptance Test with customer and response for project Revenue target.

4.     Organize the product delivery.

5.     Follow up site progress and coordinate for the Site emergency requirement.

6.     Improve customer satisfaction, manage customer claim and complain at Technical and commercial aspect.

7.     Response for the Bond issue/Billing submission/cash collection.

8.     Control the cost at project basis, and response for the finance review with management team.

9.     Risk & Opportunities management.

10.  Continue improvement by R-O-E (return on experience)

11.  Respect for EHS requirement and coordinate for any safety concern on Site (Domestic and Oversea project).

 

Qualifications Required:

·        Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical is a plus

·        Fluency English both oral and writing is required

·        Be good at negotiation skills and management skills

·        Experience in T&D industry area is a plus

·        PMP certificate is a plus
