Description
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst.
## What you’ll do:
Maintain full updates into CRM system (SAP) as well as any customer request related with new customers, sold-to settings, ship-to settings, lead times.
Job responsibilities
- Review contract updates.
- Attend mail box for customer request related with modified accounts and sold-to/ship-to adjustements.
- Review and release invoicing activities for preventive maintenance.
- Update projects individual projects assigned by Functional Manager.
- Create and close tickets for requests related with modified accounts trought Sales Force tool.
- Follow up for service request in regards of new accounts to be set up.
- Able/Unable accounts into CRM (SAP).
- Assure to block obsolete parts reported.
- Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution.
- Prioritizing customer demand to assist with improved product flow.
- Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests.
- Correct assignment for other Divisions request.
- Portal webs maintenance.
- Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.
## Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor degree necessary in administration, commerce or similar field is preferred.
Years and area of experience required
- Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience.
## Skills:
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM software and SAP is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read, listen an write in English.
