Specification Sales Representative

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Specification Sales Representative to accelerate commercial growth across the Western United States. In this highly visible role, you'll work with architects, designers, developers, contractors, fabricators, distributors, and national accounts to influence project specifications, drive commercial opportunities, and help bring ambitious design concepts to life.

What You'll Do
As the Specification Sales Representative, you'll serve as the connection point between customers, design influencers, fabrication partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure successful project development and execution.
Drive Specification Growth
- Maintain and grow key national account relationships while strategically prospecting and converting new accounts to support business objectives.
- Influence specifications and standardize Corian® solutions across targeted accounts and commercial projects.
- Identify and develop project opportunities from early design phases through conversion.
- Build strategic account plans and forecasts while tracking opportunities within Salesforce.
Partner with the Design & Construction Community
- Engage architects, designers, owners, developers, contractors, fabricators, and end users to identify new business opportunities.
- Support fabrication partners with project requirements, technical questions, customer introductions, and project conversion efforts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of Corian® solutions.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with sales, marketing, technical service, customer service, distribution, and supply chain teams to execute winning project strategies.
- Coordinate samples, customer communications, project follow-up, and opportunity tracking.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights that help shape business strategy, product offerings, and commercial priorities.
Represent the Corian® Brand
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, distributors, fabrication partners, and design professionals.
- Represent Corian® Design at customer meetings, industry events, project reviews, and commercial presentations.
- Build strong partnerships that drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, national account management, business development, or specification sales.
- Experience within architectural products, building materials, commercial construction, surfaces, or related industries.
- Proven success influencing specifications and developing commercial project opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working through distributor networks and channel partnerships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with solid surface materials, engineered stone, countertops, or finishing products.
- Background engaging with procurement, operations, construction, design, and executive leadership teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and analytical sales planning.

Travel & Location
- Remote-based within the Western United States.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the region.
