The Advanced Product and Solutions Lead will play a key role in technical customer engagements by managing product customization requests and elaborating detailed technical content, across both commercial and defense segments.
The Lead will work with customer engagement teams, including Customer Solutions and Sales Engineering, to translate advanced customer needs into Lightspeed deliverables and provide advanced support to customers and partners (e.g. technical deep dives).
The role sits within the Product Management organization for Telesat Lightspeed and works closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Customer Solutions, Operations and ecosystem partners.
The role will work across the range of products and solutions offered by Lightspeed, including connectivity services, value-added services, security services, private infrastructure offerings, user terminals, and third-party integrations.
This role requires strong technical depth, strong solutioning skills, a product mindset, and the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable, commercially viable services.
Resource is expected to be onsite at Telesat HQ, a minimum of 4 days per week.
