Job Description

Resicum International, LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III – Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic to support F-15E aircraft maintenance, modification, inspection, and technical operations at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho or Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina.

The Aircraft Mechanic III – Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic will provide hands-on technical leadership while supervising and coordinating aircraft maintenance personnel performing complex F-15E modification and maintenance activities.

The Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic will provide technical guidance, coordinate daily maintenance activities, prioritize workloads, monitor production schedules, and ensure assigned maintenance and modification work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance personnel performing F-15E maintenance and modification activities. 

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to Aircraft Mechanic II personnel. 

• Perform and supervise aircraft maintenance, inspections, modifications, and repairs. 

• Coordinate daily maintenance workload and priorities. 

• Monitor aircraft modification progress and production schedules. 

• Coordinate maintenance activities with Government and contractor personnel. 

• Support installation of F-15E modification kits and associated components. 

• Interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation. 

• Troubleshoot complex aircraft maintenance discrepancies. 

• Provide technical support to structural and mechanical engineering personnel. 

• Perform and verify required aircraft maintenance documentation. 

• Make required entries in aircraft logs and maintenance records. 

• Inspect completed work and ensure maintenance is properly documented. 

• Support modification-related maintenance activities. 

• Maintain strict Tool Control and FOD prevention procedures. 

• Ensure assigned personnel maintain required qualifications and training. 

• Assist with developing and implementing work instructions and maintenance procedures. 

• Coordinate workload to meet established aircraft delivery schedules. 

• Provide leadership and technical oversight throughout aircraft modification and maintenance efforts. 

• Serve as the primary Resicum International, LLC technical representative at the assigned worksite. 

F-15E Experience — REQUIRED

• Must possess substantial hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. 

• Must have experience leading or supervising aircraft maintenance personnel. 

• Must be capable of performing, supervising, and inspecting complex aircraft maintenance activities. 

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures, and component replacement. 

• Must have extensive knowledge of aircraft structural modification and repair. 

• Must have working knowledge of aircraft electrical systems. 

• Must have experience interpreting technical data, blueprints, drawings, and military technical manuals. 

• Must have experience using aircraft-specific tools and test equipment. 

• Must have experience prioritizing aircraft maintenance workloads to meet delivery schedules. 

• Must possess or obtain the required qualification to perform or supervise fiber optic cable installation, cleaning, inspection, and testing. 

Requirements

• SECRET or Interim SECRET security clearance required. 

• Favorably adjudicated background investigation sufficient for required site access. 

• Aircraft Mechanic III-level experience. 

• Demonstrated aircraft maintenance leadership experience. 

• Strong aircraft troubleshooting and maintenance background. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to lead maintenance personnel in a production environment. 

• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requirements. 

• Ability to work effectively with Government and contractor personnel. 

• Ability to read and interpret aircraft technical documentation. 

• Must maintain required qualifications and training. 

• Must comply with applicable aircraft maintenance, safety, security, Tool Control, and FOD prevention requirements.
