Hudson Dermatology & Laser Surgery is hiring an Experienced Dermatology Clinical Assistant Supervisor/ Lead MA for their location in Hudson Yards. Our office has now 2 floors where one of them is a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology, and the second one which will be open at the end of the fall 2026 is a Longevity suite/Cosmetic Research Institute. Our office is fast growing, pretty challenging to manage as it requires multi-tasking, easy adaptability to many changes at once but overall, we try to do all we can to have a very warm/friendly environment that encourages personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Dermatologist in all procedures/Cosmetic experience is a must.
- Managing clinical department fully (team of 9 MAs).
- Providing top-notch customer service and care to the patients.
- Phlebotomy.
- Inventory Management and Budgeting for it.
- Compiling medical records, prescriptions, PAs, clinical patient needs, and charts.
- Training MAs from scratch.
- Serving as a Liaison between Providers and Management.
- Developing and Implementing policies/SOPs.
- Launching additional locations with COO.
- Team player/pleasant personality/comfortable with constructive criticism/Organized/detail oriented/able to resolve conflicts and move on quickly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- 3 years of medical assistant experience MUST.
- 1 year of Cosmetic dermatology experience required.

With a passion for total body wellness and science over trends, she expertly manages medical skin conditions with a holistic approach to educate her patients and improve their overall quality of life. Dr. Chelsea Hoffman is a Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery expert with Fellowship specifically in lasers. Dr. Rishi Chopra is a Harvard-trained Laser expert who specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology including all invasive laser treatments, scar revision and all types of injectables.
