About the role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all of Zocks - from someone's very first job to a seasoned senior IC hire. You'll run the whole show, start to finish: posting the role, screening the applicants, wrangling the interview calendar, and getting people to a signed offer without anyone left wondering what happens next. This is a job for someone who likes momentum - juggling multiple open reqs, staying a step ahead of the process, and genuinely enjoying the choreography of it.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company - any level, any function, no search too small or too senior
• Screen inbound applicants and hand hiring managers a shortlist that actually saves them time
• Keep interviews, debriefs, and candidate communication running like a well-oiled machine
• Keep the ATS clean and current - your future self (and everyone else) will thank you
• Partner with hiring managers to unstick searches before they stall, calibrating what "great" looks like at every level
• Make every candidate feel like a priority, even when you're running fifteen searches at once

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of levels and functions - you don't get thrown by a curveball
• The kind of organizational instincts that make juggling multiple searches look easy
• Communication and follow-through that candidates actually remember
• ATS fluency and comfort with structured interview processes
• A process-builder's mindset - you'd rather build a system once than solve the same problem five times
• A genuine sense of urgency paired with a calm, unflappable demeanor when five things are on fire at once
• Range - equally comfortable moving fast on volume and slowing down for nuance

Logistics

• This is a remote position, but we are currently only able to hire candidates who reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI 
• Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding

Interview process 

• 30-min recruiter screen 
• Up to three 30-45-min video or onsite interviews
• Offer pending references. 

Total estimated time: ~3 hours

 

Compensation

• Base salary $90K - $120K
• Equity - we're all building this together
