Messaging & Content Strategy
- Develop and maintain Aderant's core messaging framework — including company narrative, value proposition, audience-specific messaging, and competitive positioning
- Partner with Product Marketing on solution-level messaging and launch campaigns to ensure alignment with corporate brand voice
- Oversee brand voice and tone guidelines; ensure consistency across all written content including web copy, thought leadership, communications, and sales materials
- Drive an editorial content strategy that builds brand awareness and positions Aderant as a thought leader in the legal technology space
Integrated Campaigns & Demand Support
- Lead development of brand-building campaigns — awareness, perception, and employer brand — in partnership with Demand Generation and Communications
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure brand standards and brand experience are elevated across flagship events, sponsorships, and trade shows
- Support Sales and Client Success teams with brand-aligned collateral, presentations, and sales tools
- Partner with the People Experience team on employer brand strategy and activation, ensuring internal and external brand experiences are cohesive
