What You Will Do
- Drive awareness, visitation and top-line revenue for owned & tenant businesses through a mix of always-on and initiative-specific messaging and programming — spanning earned media/PR, paid & digital marketing, community & tenant partnerships, neighborhood-wide events/campaigns and social media, including influencer partnerships.
- Own agency relationships with the PR, Paid Media and Influencer Agencies of Record — guiding strategy and holding internal and external partners accountable for strong execution and continuous visibility.

- Plan and execute neighborhood-wide programming with strategic partners, community stakeholders and owned businesses, defining and achieving break-even programming objectives.
- Build content and messaging strategies positioning the Seaport as a must-visit destination, supporting owned businesses, tenants, partners and initiatives to drive awareness, intent and conversion.
- Oversee owned social media channels (resources, strategy and messaging) and establish influencer partnership strategies across owned businesses with external agencies.
- Own budget accountability, including tracking marketing spend, maintaining the marketing invoice tracker, sharing monthly accruals on time, and reviewing monthly P&Ls with accounting and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting — including bi-weekly marketing department updates, monthly press recaps, quarterly campaign performance analysis and annual marketing performance.
- Contribute to, and own a piece of, annual marketing strategy and budget planning, tying owned pieces of those strategies and budgets to business performance goals.
About You:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing & communications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience leading a team and cross-functional collaboration strongly preferred
