Servicon’s Culture of Caring drives our commitment to healthy environments, supported by three pillars: People, Programs, and Performance. These focus areas reinforce our values and help improve people's lives, patient care, infection prevention, and operational efficiency.
The Role
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team and plays an important role in ensuring Servicon has the right people in place to support our business. This role will also maintain an active requisition workload and is expected to step in directly to support critical, high-volume, or difficult-to-fill positions as business needs require.
You will work closely with Operations, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, remove barriers, and execute recruiting solutions that support business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will report directly to the Senior Director, People & Culture and will provide day-to-day supervision and support to assigned members of the Talent Acquisition team.
