As a Sales Coordinator for Greenheck Group you will provide daily support to the sales channel via phone and email, addressing inquiries on order status, shipping, returns, billing, and order changes. Your responsibilities will include processing Return Goods Authorizations (RGA's), generate reports, and supporting front desk duties.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide daily sales channel support via phone and email in a timely manner.
Answer rep and customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, returns, credits, additional billing, and order changes.
Effectively communicate with reps and customers, including the ability to remain calm and resilient in high-pressure situations.
Process Return Goods Authorization (RGA's), order changes, cancellations, etc., and log requests in the CRM database.
Provide late ship reports, packing lists, invoices/acknowledgements, motor data sheets, QD stock notifications, order status, and expected ship dates.
Support coverage on switchboard and front desk responsibilities.
Participate in rep and customer visits as required.
Coordinate with internal teams on rep inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution, and escalating when necessary.
Must have a solid understanding of sales channel policies and a good knowledge of customer-facing systems to answer inquiries about My Account and Greenheck.com.
Support special design requests and pricing adjustments and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
0-2 years of relevant work experience required.
Solid understanding of sales channel policies and customer-facing systems required.
High school diploma or GED required.
2 Year / Associate Degree preferred.

Minimum travel is required for this role.

The starting base pay range for this position is $22.04/hour - $27.22/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
