Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience
Minimum 4 years in IT and pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure operating systems and business applications.
- Apply software updates, security patches, and antivirus definitions.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and printer errors.
- Fix network connectivity and internet access issues.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level engineering teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user help requests via tickets, phone, or chat.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company hardware and software.
Skills
- Ensure all computer systems follow GxP (Good Practice Quality Guidelines) and FDA rules like 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and data integrity rules (ALCOA+)
Core Competencies
- Knowledge on pharmaceutical CSV validation assignments including implementation of new systems, re-validation of existing computerized systems
