Description
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Become part of our Operations team and grow with new challenges in a global pharmaceutical supply chain environment. As Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d), you will be responsible for integrated, end-to-end planning across a fully outsourced manufacturing network, ensuring reliable product supply to patients by balancing demand, supply, inventory and cost across global external partners. This will include the following activities:
- Leading all relevant planning processes, including S&OP and IBP, to drive cross-functional alignment and business performance
- Aligning demand forecasts, supply plans and business objectives
- Managing end-to-end supply planning across global Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
- Ensuring reliable product supply through proactive risk and inventory management
- Driving short-term supply chain execution and issue resolution
- Building strong partnerships with CMOs and external supply chain partners
- Leading and developing a global planning organization
- Advancing planning systems, analytics and digital transformation initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or a related field
- APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Several years of leadership experience in supply chain planning
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or chemical & nutrition environments
- Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP, planning solutions and reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
