Position Summary
The AR Analyst Support Specialist organizes, analyzes and interprets data to support the revenue cycle and registration functions and serves as a key contact and knowledge authority on operations and/or Epic module related to front office registrations and POS collection processes.The duties include assisting with identifying, reviewing, researching, analyzing and resolving registration problems for the system applications. Work situations require system identification and problem-solving techniques, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, researching problems, data analyses, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision making. External contacts include third party and private insurance payers. Internal partnerships include clinic Leaders, registration staff, billing and customer service teams, Information systems and partner with billing to provide users with targeted and general training classes.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Three (3) years relevant healthcare systems and analytical experience including work in research and analysis of registration problems
- One (1) year experience developing, implementing, operating, maintaining or using EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.88 - $30.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
