Description
The Technical Sales Consultant is responsible for generating leads, developing opportunities, and driving revenue through outbound phone calls, social media engagement, and digital communication strategies. This role requires strong technical knowledge, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
You will act as the first point of contact with prospects and some existing customers, educating them on TWRS products and services, building relationships, and setting the stage for long-term customer partnerships.
- Proactively source and qualify new leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects and customers virtually.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Reach out to current customers to grow business.
- Develop persuasive sales proposals to secure new business.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in CRM (NetSuite).
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Keep current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Outside Sales to align outreach campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and social media channels.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably technical or industrial.
- Experience with CRM software and digital prospecting tools.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms for business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professionalism and persistence in all customer interactions.
