Product Marketing Manager

Bring big ideas to life, and help people create something meaningful.

About Stampin’ Up!

At Stampin’ Up!, we believe creativity has the power to bring people together. For more than 35 years, we’ve been inspiring people to create, connect, and share through products and experiences that make everyday moments more meaningful.

We care about people first. We act with courage. We better our best. And we own it.

Our business is built around independent Demonstrators, creative products, and the communities that grow around them. We’re always looking for new ways to help people experience the joy of creativity and meaningful connection and that means we’re not afraid to try something new, learn along the way, and better our best.

We’re a company where you can wear jeans on Friday (or, honestly, any day), get excited about paper and ink, and still have thoughtful conversations about strategy, growth, customers, and what’s next.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn great products into great growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, customer insight, creativity, and commercial growth. You’ll lead product marketing for new and expanding product lines, shaping how products are positioned, launched, experienced, and grown across a multi-channel environment.

You’ll take meaningful product stories and turn them into creative experiences people want to share. You’ll help define how each channel contributes to the bigger picture, build growth plans that look beyond the next launch, and bring teams together to turn strategy into action.

And here’s the honest part: this isn’t a role where every answer already exists.

You may be launching a product line or brand segment from the ground up, with limited historical data and no perfect playbook. You’ll need to make smart decisions with imperfect information, test and learn quickly, navigate competing priorities, and influence teams you don’t directly lead. You’ll balance what can drive growth today with what will build a stronger product, brand, and business tomorrow.

If that sounds less like a challenge and more like your kind of fun, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
  • Lead product marketing for new and expanding product lines, owning market positioning and go-to-market strategy across a multi-channel environment.
  • Define the role each channel should play in achieving product-line objectives and work with channel stakeholders to translate growth strategies into action.
  • Turn product stories, features, and benefits into compelling, customer-relevant positioning, go-to-market plans, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain 1–3-year growth plans that define business objectives, growth targets, channel priorities, investments, tactics, deliverables, and KPIs for assigned product lines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution and alignment across Marketing, Creative, Sales, Training, Product Management, and channel teams to advance growth strategies.
  • Use iterative methods, testing, analytics, and performance data to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and make decisions that drive profitable growth.
  • Monitor customer, competitive, and market trends and partner with Product Management to share insights that inform new product development and future growth opportunities.
  • Bring creative products and experiences to life in ways that inspire people to create and connect.
  • Help Stampin’ Up! expand the ways people create, connect, and share with others.

What Success Looks Like

You’re someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to make things happen.

You’re strategic, but you don’t get stuck in strategy. You’re creative, but you’re comfortable talking about data. You can tell a great product story, but you also want to know whether that story is actually connecting with customers and driving results.

Most importantly, you’re comfortable building something before all the pieces are figured out.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Strategic and commercially minded: You build focused go-to-market and growth strategies tied to clear business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • A customer-centered storyteller: You connect product stories, features, and benefits to meaningful customer needs and turn insights into positioning people understand and care about.
  • An analytical and creative collaborator: You’re comfortable moving between data-driven decision-making and creative problem-solving and know how to turn insights into compelling marketing strategies and execution.
  • An influential cross-functional leader: You bring people together, create alignment, and drive progress even when you don’t have direct authority over every team or growth lever.
  • Curious and adaptable: You use testing, insights, and performance data to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and improve results in an evolving environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful: You bring initiative, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving to ambiguous opportunities and don’t wait around for someone else to hand you the playbook.

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years of relevant product marketing or related experience.
  • Experience in international or multi-channel environments, physical consumer goods, and/or the craft industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience using data to establish targets, measure performance, evaluate ROI, optimize investments, and make short- and long-term strategic decisions.
  • Experience owning the launch and growth of new products, brands, categories, or market segments from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to connect product stories, features, and benefits with customer and market insights to inform effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, and creative execution.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, align stakeholders around shared objectives, and coordinate execution without direct authority.
  • A high degree of initiative and comfort operating in an evolving environment, with the ability to anticipate needs, develop recommendations, solve problems creatively, and drive progress through collaboration.

The Perks

We take work/life balance seriously—but we also think work should be a place you actually enjoy being. Here’s a little of what comes with being part of the Stampin’ Up! team:

  • A wicked-awesome benefits package — go ahead and compare. We’ll wait.
  • A Friday dress code every day of the week — dust off those jeans.
  • Extreme crafting experiences — totally optional, but seriously…give it a try.
  • Paid personal time off...like, a lot of it — because work/life balance should actually mean something.
  • Tuition assistance and 401(k) programs — company match, baby!
  • A creative, people-first culture where meaningful connection isn’t just something we put in a marketing campaign—it’s part of who we are.

Ready to Create What’s Next?

If you’re excited by the idea of building something from the ground up, turning meaningful product stories into creative experiences, and helping a 35+ year-old brand find new ways to grow, we want to hear from you.  Bring your strategy. Bring your curiosity. Bring your creative brain.  And bring your best ideas.

Let’s help people create, connect, and share something meaningful.

Apply today and let’s make something great together.
