Job Summary

The Supply Chain Performance Analytics Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, relevance, and effective governance of key performance indicators that support Service Supply Chain decision-making. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, functional subject matter experts, and technical data teams to define, validate, maintain, and continuously improve operational metrics and reporting outputs. The position drives proactive data quality monitoring, supports KPI issue resolution, enables clear performance communications for leadership forums, and contributes business context to the design and adoption of new metrics as organizational needs evolve.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the stewardship of Service Supply Chain Operational Performance KPIs, including definition, enablement, maintenance, accuracy, timeliness, and ongoing relevance to business needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for performance metrics, bridging business requirements and technical implementation across Service Supply Chain functional SMEs and the Data Enablement organization.
• Lead the identification, prioritization, and resolution of KPI-related issues, ensuring root causes are understood and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Execute proactive quality assurance for Operational KPIs through regular monitoring, validation, and tracking of metric health, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
• Communicate KPI issues, risks, dependencies, and resolution plans clearly and proactively to functional stakeholders, business owners, and technical partners.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to metric logic, reporting processes, automation, data quality controls, and governance practices to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Test and validate change requests, enhancements, and new metric implementations to ensure they meet approved business definitions and technical requirements.
• Provide guidance to business owners and stakeholders on KPI interpretation, metric definitions, performance trends, and appropriate use of reporting outputs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document metric definitions, business rules, ownership models, assumptions, limitations, and governance processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance performance visibility and decision-making.
• Manages priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
• Mentors junior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within services, support, or regional operations environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with operational performance metrics, KPI governance, business rules, and data quality management.
• Experience translating business requirements into metric logic, reporting specifications, dashboards, or analytical outputs.
• Proficiency with Power BI, including report development, data visualization, metric validation, and dashboard usability best practices.
• Working knowledge of data management concepts, database structures, data validation, and reporting data flows.
• Strong automation and process improvement mindset, with experience using tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, SQL, or similar technologies preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and partner with technical teams to drive sustainable resolutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to standardize, document, and improve recurring operational processes.
• Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, analytics, or data governance certifications are a plus.
