As (Senior) Performance & Inventory Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in optimizing global supply chain performance, driving inventory excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our international network. You will be responsible for:
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Define and monitor global supply chain and inventory KPIs
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead global inventory optimization initiatives to balance service, cost, and working capital
- Manage risks related to excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and expiring inventory
- Drive inventory strategy, policies, and continuous improvement activities
- Support digitalization and automation projects across supply chain processes
- Develop advanced analytics and predictive models for inventory and service performance
- Conduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations for business decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT, and Manufacturing teams worldwide
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reporting
- Must-have Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
- Exprience in data science and AI is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken), German and additional languages are an advantage
