As Senior Business Systems Analyst within PNC's home lending organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Jacksonville, FL or Dallas, TX.This position is a Senior Business Systems Analyst embedded on an Agile delivery team supporting Mortgage Loan Origination and Operational Accounting capabilities.
On a day to day basis, you’ll be writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, answering questions from developers, and helping QA validate behavior during testing.
You’ll spend a lot of time collaborating—clarifying requirements, reviewing defects, and validating that solutions meet business and control expectations.
You’ll also help identify upstream and downstream impacts when changes are made, which is critical in a highly integrated mortgage environment.
• Acts as a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Analyst hybrid, embedded with the MOA Agile crew, owning end to end requirements from intake through delivery across Loan Originations–related capabilities
• Serves as the primary functional liaison between Mortgage Operations, Technology, and downstream partners, translating business needs into clear, prioritized features and user stories
• Leads process analysis and solution design for complex workflows (fees, invoices, permissions, integrations), with a strong focus on usability, controls, and operational accuracy
• Partners closely with engineers and QA during sprint execution, supporting refinement, acceptance criteria, testing validation, and defect triage
• Brings a systems thinking mindset—understanding upstream/downstream impacts, data dependencies, and regulatory considerations within a highly integrated mortgage platform
Required Qualifications
• Mortgage or Financial Services Systems Experience
Experience supporting mortgage loan origination or related financial services systems, with exposure to fees, disclosures, approvals, or other transaction driven workflows.
• Business Systems Analysis in Integrated Environments
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with multiple integrated applications, including understanding data flows, dependencies, and downstream impacts of system changes.
• Agile Delivery Experience
Demonstrated experience working on Agile delivery teams, including gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting sprint execution, and partnering with technology and QA teams.
• Complex Business Rules and Configuration Experience
Experience analyzing and documenting complex business rules, system configurations, calculations, validations, or permission models in enterprise applications.
• Risk, Controls, and Operational Awareness
Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of operational controls, audit considerations, error handling, and production support impacts.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $127,500.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
