The Role
We are looking for a Product Expert who acts as a key connector between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. In this role, you help ensure that Rydoo’s product delivers real value by deeply understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable insights, and enabling teams across the company to support and adopt our solutions effectively.
You combine strong product understanding with clear communication and collaboration. You collaborate with Product and Engineering as our customers’ advocate, ensuring through data-driven insights that Rydoo meets or exceeds customer expectations. At the same time, you communicate with and educate other people at Rydoo about relevant product updates and changes, which enables them to deliver the best-in-class service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rydoo’s products, use cases, and customer challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to:
- Support discovery, research, and validation efforts
- Join customer conversations when needed to gather insights
- Share structured feedback that helps guide product improvements
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and other teams to understand customer and prospect needs, and help translate these into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Support customer adoption and understanding by helping internal teams explain value, functionality, and use cases in a clear and practical way
- Contribute to process improvements across teams by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities related to product knowledge, communication, or customer feedback loops
- Act as a partner on compliance-related topics by:
- Understanding how regulatory and compliance requirements impact the product and its usage
- Helping internal teams and customers navigate compliance-related questions at a product level
