We are looking for an Expert Product Management (f/m/d) - Liquid Chromatography Consumables for LC-MS based proteomics to drive the global strategy, growth, and commercial performance of the chromatography consumables portfolio for LC-MS-based proteomics. The role translates customer and market insights into portfolio decisions that create business value and accelerate growth.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Own the commercial product strategy and lifecycle management of Biognosys Group' chromatography columns, emitters, and related consumables for LC-MS-based proteomics.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analyses, and business case analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Product Management, Sales, R+D, Operations and Marketing to translate market needs into successful product developments and lead commercial launch activities across cross-functional teams.
• Drive the creation of marketing material in collaboration with Application Development, Marketing and external partners.
• Provide technical and commercial support to Sales and Field Application teams through product training, customer engagement and sales-enabling materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance, customer satisfaction, market share, and revenue development, initiating corrective actions and continuous improvements where necessary.
• Occasionally travel for visits to other company locations, on-site customer visits and representation of Biognosys Group at conferences and other industry events.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in LC-MS-based proteomics are required.
• Strong understanding of nano-flow liquid chromatography.
• Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography columns and platforms is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as product management, field application specialist or similar role in a life science company.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams and external partners.
