Overview

In Bogotá - Colombia, We are looking for a Senior Visual Communications Designer who can transform complex ideas into compelling, beautifully crafted visual stories. This role goes beyond presentation design and requires a highly skilled creative professional capable of delivering executive presentations, business pitches, visual systems, reports, infographics, templates, and brand-led communications. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design craft, storytelling expertise, brand discipline, technical fluency, and a strong client-service mindset to support US-based clients and executive stakeholders in fast-paced environments.  

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact executive presentations, leadership decks, client-facing materials, keynote presentations, workshops, and new business pitches.
• Translate complex business ideas, strategic narratives, and data into clear, persuasive visual stories.
• Build presentations from templates, rough content, brand guidelines, or minimal direction while maintaining consistency and high visual standards.
• Refine and optimize layouts, typography, hierarchy, storytelling flow, and overall presentation effectiveness.
• Create visual systems, branded frameworks, executive summaries, reports, toolkits, infographics, one-pagers, and internal or external communications.
• Apply strong graphic design principles across typography, composition, visual hierarchy, color, iconography, and imagery.
• Partner with creative, strategy, account, production, and leadership teams to develop impactful visual communications.
• Take complex or ambiguous information and proactively recommend the clearest and most compelling way to communicate it visually.
• Present and articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards while developing scalable templates and reusable design assets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and quality of deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Support and mentor junior designers while contributing to creative excellence and studio best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in visual communications, presentation design, graphic design, brand design, or creative production.
• Proven experience creating executive-level presentations, C-suite materials, new business pitches, and client-facing decks.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation excellence and broader design capabilities across multiple formats.
• Advanced knowledge of branding, typography, visual hierarchy, layout design, information design, and storytelling.
• Experience supporting US-based clients, global teams, or distributed production environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to transform incomplete, evolving, or complex content into clear and engaging visual communications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
