What you will be doing:

• Manage a team of OQC to perform quality activities effectively.Ensure the applicability of various quality control testing methods and methods.
• generate and maintain quality reports and participate in resolving quality problem regarding IQA/ OQA/ Customers..
• Carry out IQA/OQA inspector training/ re-certification and to manage a team of product assurance inspectors to carry out QA function.
• Customer complaint handling, 8D writing.
• Maintain and arrange PM/CAL for all IQA/OQA equipment.
• Participate in quality system audit activities including in-house, suppliers and subcontractors
• Generate and maintain quality records/reports and participate in resolving quality problem regarding suppliers.
• Implement statistical process controls, and coordinate relative action. Identify new opportunities in implementations

What you will bring along:

• At least 3  years experience in quality preferred.
• English capability in reading, speaking.
