Position Title: Inside Sales Center Representative- Call Center Agent
Classification: Non-Exempt / Full-Time
Location: Meridian, ID office
Start Date: September 28th, 2026
Base pay $20-$23 an hour + uncapped bonus based on performance

As a Call Center Agent at Renewal by Andersen, you’ll connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in our products. Your job is to have a great conversation, understand what they need, and schedule a qualified in-home consultation.
No call center or sales experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound and inbound calls and connect with homeowners through digital outreach.
- Build rapport, uncover the homeowner’s needs, and schedule qualified consultations.
- Handle questions and objections with confidence and patience.
- Use technology, scripts, and scheduling tools to stay organized and accurate.
- Work toward daily goals while participating in coaching and training.
- Show up, stay focused, and keep going—even when the calls get repetitive or you hear voicemail after voicemail.

- Are comfortable learning new apps, systems, and technology.
- Enjoy talking with people and can pick up on social cues.
You don't need to love call centers.
