Job Description
In this role you are responsible for the full cycle intern recruiting process building a network of passive candidates and assisting with the onboarding of the interns. You will support our teams on campus as well as build relationships with universities to find a strategic way to build the Plexus brand on campus.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Effective Partnership: Partner with HR Partners as well as Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria for campus recruitment and the internship program. A good business partner listens, learns, and brings forward creative recommendations to help solve talent needs.
- Sourcing and Branding: Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to ensure that we are branding Plexus in an appropriate manner and to the correct audience.
- Hiring Excellence: Coordinate, lead and participate in on campus recruitment. Process and onboard intern candidates for all domestic sites. Influence the development of interns in the United States intern program.
- Consultation: Provide advice and counsel to managers on suitability of candidates to the job, the team and the company. Help all understand we are accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices. Co-lead hiring manager and event rep campus processes training as needed.
- Business Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), using appropriate technical language and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

- General office equipment and materials.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
