Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Citrus Heights, California
Facility: VibrantCare Rehabilitation – Citrus Heights
Job Type: Travel Assignment
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour day shifts
Hours: 40 hours/week
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
VibrantCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team in Citrus Heights, California. The clinician will provide patient-centered therapy services while working closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and deliver effective treatment plans. Outpatient experience is preferred, and candidates must have an active California PT license.
The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Clinicians treat an average of 14 patients per day and will be responsible for evaluating patients, providing appropriate therapeutic interventions, documenting care, and monitoring progress toward functional goals. Traveling pairs may also be considered.
