The Senior Marketing Consultant will support marketing strategy and execution for the general market Home Lending portfolio, helping translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and client deepening.
This role will work closely with the Home Lending Marketing Manager, as well as Product, Business Enablement, Sales, Analytics, Digital, Creative, Compliance, Risk, and agency partners. The Consultant will help move priority initiatives from roadmap planning through execution while ensuring marketing work is aligned to business goals, client needs, brand standards, and regulatory expectations.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple initiatives, contribute strategic thinking, build strong partner relationships, and help bring integrated campaigns and marketing materials to market in a complex, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing plans for the general market Home Lending portfolio, including mortgage, home equity, relationship deepening, and related growth initiatives.
Partner with the Home Lending Marketing Manager to advance portfolio priorities, annual planning activities, campaign roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment.
Manage or support integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including digital, email, direct mail, paid media, online banking placements, web, sales enablement, and lead-generation pathways.
Support segmentation, personalization, and journey-based marketing efforts that improve relevance across acquisition, deepening, and client engagement initiatives.
Translate business objectives and partner inputs into clear marketing briefs, campaign plans, messaging direction, creative feedback, and executional requirements.
Coordinate with Product, Business Enablement, Sales, Analytics, Digital, Creative, Compliance, Risk, and agency partners to move work through planning, review, approval, launch, and optimization.
Support collaboration across Community Lending partners where Home Lending priorities intersect with community-focused programs, audience strategies, or shared client engagement efforts.
Partner with Analytics and business stakeholders to measure campaign performance, interpret audience and channel insights, and apply learnings to future recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Support updates to Home Lending digital web experiences, collateral, product communications, and field-facing materials as business priorities evolve.
Ensure marketing materials are accurate, client-focused, compliant, and aligned to brand, risk, fair lending, and regulatory expectations.
Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, stakeholder communications, and related process routines that improve visibility and execution across Home Lending and Specialty Marketing work.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience (required)
Experience Qualifications
4+ years marketing experience, preferrable in financial services, banking, mortgage, consumer lending, or other regulated industry
Experience leading or supporting integrated marketing projects and campaigns from strategy through execution
Strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing plans, briefs, messaging, and executional next steps
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Comfort working in a regulated environment with compliance, risk, legal, brand, and/or fair lending review processes
Ability to interpret campaign results or audience insights and apply learnings to future recommendations
Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through ambiguity
Physical Demands
- General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
