Trainee

You will join the External Manufacturing Quality team in Türkiye as a Trainee. You will support quality managers in overseeing contract manufacturing partners. You will help manage quality records, handle documentation, and support quality system activities. We value curiosity, clear communication, teamwork and a desire to learn. This role offers hands-on experience, meaningful impact on patient supply, and strong opportunities to grow your quality and supply chain skills while contributing to our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:-

- Support quality managers by creating and maintaining quality records in our quality management system.

- Track and assist with customer complaints, deviations, and change controls.

- Upload and manage supplier documentation and ensure records are complete and accessible.

- Help maintain archive systems and support document control activities.

- Prepare basic reports, support data collection and support routine quality metrics.

- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve documentation or process issues.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

- 3rd of 4th grade  engineering, life sciences, pharmacy, university students, who can commute work min. 4 days a week.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

- Good written and spoken English and Turkish.

- Clear communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

- Able to work on-site in Türkiye (this role is on-site).

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Previous internship or work experience in quality, manufacturing support, or regulated environments.

- Experience with quality management systems or document control tools.

- Basic understanding of supplier management or contract manufacturing processes.

- Familiarity with data handling or simple data analysis.

- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and regulatory expectations.

- Ability to commit to a multi-month placement and flexible working days as required.
