Drive meaningful change where it matters most
As Executive Manager, Crew Lead, you will be accountable for defining and delivering outcomes across a critical Financial Crime capability. You will lead a multi-disciplinary crew of product, technology, data, risk and change specialists, bringing together strategy, delivery and operational execution to solve complex customer, regulatory and business challenges.
You will be responsible for translating enterprise priorities into actionable roadmaps, driving delivery outcomes, uplifting crew and domain effectiveness, and embedding modern product and engineering practices. Working across Financial Crime, Technology, Risk, Operations and Group stakeholders, you will balance long-term strategic objectives with short-term delivery commitments while ensuring strong risk management and customer outcomes.
This role requires a leader who can navigate complexity, influence across organisational boundaries, build high-performing teams, and drive meaningful transformation at scale.
As part of this role, you will:
Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery outcomes for a Financial Crime capability.
Lead a multidisciplinary crew to deliver customer, risk and business outcomes at scale.
Drive transformational change across products, processes, technology and operations.
Build strong partnerships across Financial Crime, Risk, Technology, Data and Operations.
Establish high-performing teams, effective governance and delivery excellence.
Champion customer trust, risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
Simplify and modernise capabilities through automation, data and AI-driven innovation.
Develop people, uplift capability and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Significant experience leading large-scale product, technology, operational or transformation teams (10+ years leadership experience, 5-7+ years leading large multidisciplinary teams)
A strong track record of delivering complex initiatives in highly regulated or operationally intensive environments
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data, operations and delivery functions
Strong commercial, strategic and operational thinking, with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives
Experience navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities and driving outcomes through complexity
Strong understanding of risk management, governance and control frameworks
A passion for developing people, building capability and creating high-performing teams
Experience applying Agile, product-led and customer-centric ways of working
The ability to balance customer outcomes, business value, risk management and delivery execution
