  • Perform advanced data analysis and develop yield paretos to prioritize issues and guide factory yield-improvement efforts
  • Apply statistical methods and data-mining techniques to identify root causes and uncover opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with Failure Analysis, Process Integration, and Process Engineering teams to correlate electrical, physical, and manufacturing data and drive issue resolution
  • Develop and share best known methods, automation solutions, and analytical approaches across global teams to improve yield performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor physics, transistor operation, device scaling, reliability, CMOS circuits, and characterization methods
  • 2+ years of experience using data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, or similar software
  • Experience using AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, and improve engineering productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • DRAM manufacturing experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in Yield Analysis or RDA within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience with defect inspection, metrology, process control, and failure analysis methodologies
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
