We are seeking compassionate, motivated veterinary professionals who are passionate about patient care, client service, and growing their careers in veterinary medicine.
Whether you're a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team that values learning, teamwork, and exceptional patient care.
$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
This is a full-time position that generally includes:
- Four full weekdays per week
- Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Weekday shifts may vary between:
- 7:30 AM–5:30 PM or 6:00 PM
- 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
- Flexibility with evening hours is highly preferred as we continue to expand our urgent care services
- After a comprehensive training period (approximately 90 days), team members will be trained in ICU and expected to cover a 12-hour ICU shift on a Saturday or Sunday approximately every 4–6 weeks
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values continued learning, and is excited to develop emergency and critical care skills.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assist with patient care, treatments, and diagnostics
- Collect laboratory samples and perform radiographs
- Prepare patients for surgery and monitor anesthesia
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor hospitalized patients and document care
- Communicate with clients and provide patient updates
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with veterinarians and hospital staff to deliver exceptional care
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ year of veterinary experience preferred
- LVT, RVT, or CVT preferred but not required
- Experienced Veterinary Assistants encouraged to apply
- Venipuncture, catheter placement, patient restraint, and surgical prep experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
