A skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Erwin, TN is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and help ensure a high standard of resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, census development, and facility resources.
• Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and staff development.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and facility operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and lead a multidisciplinary team.
