Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of DTS.
- Conduct regular meetings and touchpoints to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional DTS products and solutions.
- Develop tailored strategies to introduce new products to existing clients, aligning with their business goals and needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and business cases to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the new offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation of new products.
- Work closely with the Client Success Team to gain insights into client satisfaction and dynamics.
- Collaborate with SMEs to provide clients with detailed product knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to closure.
- Use CRM tools to document client interactions, manage sales activities, and monitor progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client growth, sales activities, and revenue generation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Consultative Account management experience, preferably within the technology sector
- Insurance industry knowledge, advantageous
- Proven track record of success in retaining, upselling and cross selling client accounts
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving (and exceeding) sales targets
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience mapping client accounts, markets and building tangible but stretch client growth plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
- Ability to travel to client sites as & when required
