About the role

As Assistant Manager PR & F&B Marketing, you will play a key role in positioning and promoting the Food & Beverage experiences of The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel.

Reporting to the Director of PR & Marketing, you will work closely with our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to develop, promote and coordinate restaurant experiences, group dinners, private dining, events, seasonal concepts and special activations. You will help turn our restaurants and bars into compelling experiences for hotel guests, groups, partners and the local community, while supporting their commercial performance and visibility.

Alongside this strong Food & Beverage focus, you will support the hotel’s wider PR and marketing activities, including content creation, social media, media and influencer relations, partnerships and promotional campaigns.

This is a permanent position with a planned start in February/March 2027, joining our pre-opening team ahead of the hotel’s Summer 2027 opening.

What you will do

• Develop, promote and coordinate Food & Beverage experiences including group dinners, private dining, events, seasonal concepts and special activations
• Work closely with Food & Beverage, Culinary and Commercial teams to create attractive experiences and initiatives that drive outlet awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance
• Coordinate partnerships, collaborations and promotional opportunities around the hotel’s restaurants, bars and culinary experiences
• Support the planning and execution of PR and marketing campaigns across the hotel, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage
• Coordinate content creation, photography, videography, media visits and influencer collaborations
• Support social media, digital content and promotional messaging across relevant Four Seasons platforms
• Ensure all initiatives and communication touchpoints are delivered consistently and in line with Four Seasons brand standards

What you bring

• A degree, diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage marketing, hospitality, events, activations, public relations, marketing, communications or a related field
• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality and the ability to translate Food & Beverage concepts into compelling guest experiences and commercial opportunities
• A hands-on, creative and highly organised approach, with the ability to coordinate multiple experiences, events, partners and stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working closely with both operational and commercial teams
• Fluent English and German and/or French; additional languages are advantageous
• In accordance with Swiss employment regulations, only candidates holding Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work authorization, can be considered for this position
