We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an accounting assistant, you will be performing billing, cash application, and collection functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collections via phone, text, email, or other company-approved means.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Meet or exceed monthly collection goals
- Process, record, and apply incoming payments
- Assist with billing and invoicing functions
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes
- Handling customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- College education in accounting or finance major.
- At least one year of billing, cash application, or collection experience.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
