Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and supplier engagements in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, levels, and global teams. Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members is a plus. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification is preferred.
