What you'll do:

• Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and communicating priorities to drive performance.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, merchandising programs, and associate training content.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements and merchandise priorities.
• Develop and adjust performance standards, contingency plans, and training programs to enhance effectiveness.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions aligned with customer and company goals.
• Promote compliance with policies and uphold company values through transparent communication and ethical leadership.
• Foster continuous improvement by embracing new tools and adapting to organizational changes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
