What this job involves:
As the Incident Reporting and Analytics Manager reporting directly to the Command Center Lead, you will lead our Global Incident Management Reporting and Analytics function based in the Property Services Command Centre (PSCC) in Bangalore, India. You will establish and oversee centralized incident data management, analysis, and standardized reporting across JLL's global portfolio spanning APAC, US, and EMEA regions. This role requires expertise in data analytics, facility engineering knowledge, and cross-regional communication skills to drive continuous improvement in incident management practices.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Establish and maintain a centralized incident database system, implementing data quality protocols and standardized collection templates across global operations
• Develop and deliver customized analytics dashboards, trend analysis reports, and visualization tools to effectively communicate complex incident data to key stakeholders
• Lead stakeholder communication across regions, conducting regular update meetings and maintaining comprehensive action tracking systems
• Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing new analytics tools, automation solutions, and process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies while supporting audit processes
• Maintain capability to monitor APAC critical facility systems as backup when needed
• Adapt to take on additional roles and responsibilities as required by the company or clients
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar data analytics and visualization tools
• Strong statistical analysis capabilities with experience in data quality management
• Demonstrated experience in facilities management or command center operations
• Project management expertise including tracking capabilities and stakeholder management across time zones
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with global teams
• Knowledge of critical facility systems and operations with understanding of common incident types
• Experience implementing process improvements and automation solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a command center/facilities management/data analytics environment
• Fluency in professional level written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reporting frameworks and analytics dashboards
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships across multiple regions
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements
• Ability to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
