Business Transformation Specialist

Join us as a Business Transformation Consultant and become part of business transformation and implementation projects for leading industrial clients.

You will help organizations improve business operations by optimizing core processes, enhancing operational performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will support transformation initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness to changing business needs.

You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to complex transformation initiatives across manufacturing, operations, asset management, and enterprise processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

• Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best-practice configurations

• Understanding of dependencies such as BOM and Serialization

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum)

• Excellent communication skills in English are required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience in equipment-intensive industries

• German or French

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.    

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
