Description
West Valley drivers: a set loop from Phoenix to Las Vegas or St. George, over to Southern California, and back.
Fresh out of CDL school? This position takes new drivers, and we will walk you through every step.
Pay and miles
- Paid $850 per week in training
- $1,000 a week guaranteed through your first 3 months on your own
- $1,100 to $1,300 average per week
- 1,600 to 2,100 miles weekly
- Home for every 34-hour reset
- Drop and hook 80 to 90% of the time
- $10 first stop, $15 each stop after
- You get paid weekly
Your first six weeks, step by step
It starts with a phone call. Our recruiter checks your license and driving record with you up front, so you know where you stand.
Orientation takes 2 days at most. We cover the hotel and pay you back for a one-way bus ticket. Once you are hired, orientation pays $300.
Then 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a trainer. They sit beside you while you learn to back up, plan a trip, run your logs and fuel. You earn $850 a week the whole time.
Then the truck is yours. An assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed. Your first 3 solo months come with a $1,000 weekly guarantee.

Requirements
- At least 21, Class A CDL in hand
- Recent CDL school graduate with 120+ hours, or 6 months of recent driving
- 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years and no DUI/DWI in 10 years
- DOT physical, hair test and urine test
