Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Dental Hygienist for Milwaukee Health Service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a full-time outpatient clinical role focused on preventive dental care, patient education, and supporting comprehensive treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.

The Dental Hygienist will work within a team-based environment with established workflows and clinical support. Appointments begin at one hour, with the opportunity to transition to a consistent 45-minute appointment schedule once acclimated.

COMPENSATION
• $45.00–$50.00 per hour
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 with a two-year commitment
• Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement for travel between nearby clinic locations

SCHEDULE
• Four-day work week
• Flexible start time
• Team schedules run approximately 7:30 or 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 5:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch
• No call

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide preventive dental care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform dental cleanings.
• Provide fluoride treatments.
• Apply sealants.
• Provide patient education regarding oral health and preventive care.
• Support comprehensive dental treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively within a team-based outpatient dental setting.
• Travel between nearby clinic locations when needed.

Requirements

Requirements
• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing preventive dental care to pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Ability to perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient education REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based dental environment REQUIRED
• Ability and willingness to travel between nearby clinic locations as needed REQUIRED
