Project Manager

KalSoft is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of project management experience who are eager to grow their careers in managing technology and business projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, support stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
• Identify project risks and issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
• Support resource allocation and task management across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, project management standards, and best practices.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Assist in managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to software development, IT projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CAPM, Agile Fundamentals, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
