What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers and clinical team to deliver an excellent experience from the moment a patient walks through the door.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Recording manual vital signs
- Performing routine blood draws and phlebotomy
- Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections according to provider direction
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring accurate documentation
- Performing laboratory quality control checks
- Running in-house laboratory testing and preparing specimens for outside facilities
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and supply organization
- Supporting front desk operations when needed
- Building positive, professional relationships with patients and providers
- Helping create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for
The Person We're Looking For

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred
- At least 3 months of relevant medical experience involving phlebotomy, injections, vitals, or similar clinical responsibilities OR completion of a 180-hour externship
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Venipuncture and injection experience highly preferred
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Clinic Hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
