Location: Tulsa, OK

Facility: Ascension St. John's Medical Center

Department: Total Quality Management

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Drives measurable improvements in patient safety and clinical outcomes by supporting the implementation of evidence-based quality initiatives across hospital departments.

  • Enhances operational efficiency by identifying workflow bottlenecks and enabling teams to implement effective, sustainable solutions.

  • Strengthens the hospital’s reputation and accreditation standing by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and readiness for external inspections.

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, empowering staff at all levels to actively participate in quality and safety efforts.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need

  • Experience managing policies, procedures, and forms is desired
  • Excellent organization skills, technologically savvy and experience with PolicyStat a plus
  • Experience with Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) is helpful
