About This Role
100% Remote
This internal- and external-facing position focuses on optimizing, recommending, and executing marketing strategies with a primary goal and objective of driving awareness, increasing growth, and meeting business objectives for Acadia and its brands. To achieve success, the Marketing Strategist role excels at collaborating with the marketing team and leadership, and facility staff and leadership to ensure that all facility-level and service-line marketing initiatives and strategies are effectively and efficiently delivered. This is accomplished by maintaining strong relationships, exceeding facility expectations, providing appropriate recommendations, and developing and optimizing marketing strategies at the facility and service line level. Additionally, this role requires the application of facility-level marketing tasks and project insights to the broader service line, resulting in scaled solutions and greater value. Marketing projects and tasks include but are not limited to, understanding, communicating, and recommending optimizations on various marketing strategies, digital and traditional marketing strategy implementation, and much more. Expectation management, strong verbal and written communication, reliability, and the ability to understand and present complex strategies are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do…
- Optimize existing marketing strategies at a facility and service-line level.
- Develop and optimizing new marketing strategies at a facility and service-line level.
- Consistently provide marketing recommendations that align with facility and service-line goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with facility and service-line goals.
- Create recommendations and solutions, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
- Effectively communicate & coordinate on a variety of tasks and projects with all audiences.
- Execute internal and external marketing tasks to achieve service-line goals.
- Provide internal and external updates, guidance, and trainings on all marketing efforts.
- Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate on all digital marketing initiatives and pivot quickly, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:
Normal hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. This role requires availability outside of normal business hours. Typical office working conditions.
Qualifications
What you'll bring...
Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, account management, or customer service type role.
- 3+ years of experience working with or speaking to complex data analysis and strategy optimization.
- 3+ years of experience with marketing strategy creation and execution.
- 3+ years of experience in traditional or digital marketing campaign management.
- 1-3 years’ experience in social media management including content creation.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
- Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.
- Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
- Ability to formally & informally present to small and large audiences.
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization.
- Communicate and interact effectively with individuals at all levels, internal and external, both written and verbally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English proficient to skillfully communicate & present complex concepts.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- WordPress or similar CMS platform
- 1-3 years’ experience in Paid Search, SEM, and Paid Social advertising.
- 1-3 years’ experience in email marketing.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to sit and stand, intermittently, 8 to 10 hours a day.
- Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to speak to a medium-sized audience with and without the use of a microphone.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment, including the telephone and computer keyboard.
- Must be able to continuously work under pressure with near 100% accuracy while meeting inflexible deadlines.
- Ability to maintain composure in high pressure or urgent situations.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including flying and driving rental cars.
- To accommodate travel, must be able to transport own suitcases and computer estimated at 25 pounds.
