Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist
Full-Time | Work Model: Hybrid / Mondays (in person) Rest of the week is remote. 9-5 daily working hours
Salary: $75,000.00
Location: Metro area of Columbus, Ohio
We're seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to lead strategy development and execution for clients across the healthcare space. In this role, you'll drive patient acquisition, elevate brand positioning, and guide a skilled team of SEO, Digital Ads, and Social Media specialists.
Your Role
Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as their primary marketing expert and strategic advisor
Prioritize client retention through clear communication, regular performance reporting, and consistent delivery of results
Design and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals and target audiences
Partner with digital specialists across SEO, paid media, and social to create compelling, brand-building campaigns
Lead weekly team meetings with guidance, feedback, and accountability to keep initiatives on track
Oversee integrated cross-channel marketing efforts including digital, social, and paid advertising
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective
Top 3 must-haves
1. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with a wide range of client archetypes
2. Working knowledge of ad campaigns for both Google & Meta
3. Strong local & organic SEO knowledge.
Required paid media platforms:
Google Ads and Meta
Ad spend range candidates should have managed: $1,500 to $10K per month
Additional tools/skills
Ability to optimize marketing campaigns and troubleshoot Ads, SEO, and website edits
What You Bring
3+ years of marketing strategy experience, ideally within healthcare or similar regulated industries
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, with emphasis on Google & Meta Ads
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving and data-driven decision making
Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Passion for storytelling and translating brand messages into impactful marketing narratives
Bonus: Prior account management or client services experience

Serve as the primary marketing advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of clients
Build and lead quarterly marketing strategy across SEO, paid ads, and social
Collaborate with SEO, Ads, and Social Media specialists to execute cohesive campaigns
Interpret analytics and translate data into clear recommendations
Run regular client performance reviews and reporting
Drive client retention through proactive planning and responsive communication
