The Staff/Principal Business Analyst drives digital transformation initiatives across Assembly & Test (A&T) Operations, with a primary focus on Space & Utilities Planning and Automation, Digitalization, and AI solutions supporting Max-Out activities.
This role partners with Capacity Planning, Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, SMAI teams to identify business opportunities, develop digital strategies, and implement scalable solutions that improve capacity/space planning, productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the global A&T network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with A&T operational and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance business processes through AI, advanced analytics, and workflow automation.
- Build business cases, value realization frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead the digitalization and systemization of Space & Utilities Planning processes.
- Develop planning tools and dashboards that improve visibility, forecasting, and decision-making for manufacturing space and infrastructure utilization.
- Lead automation and AI projects that improve throughput, productivity, equipment utilization, and operational agility.
- Drive digital solutions that eliminate manual processes and enhance planning, reporting, and decision support.
- Partner with stakeholders to deploy predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled decision-making tools.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs across Operations, Engineering, Facilities, IT, and Supply Chain.
- Provide executive updates, transformation dashboards, and project governance.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and benefit realization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, operations, capacity planning, industrial engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
- Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, AI, digital solutions, and process optimization.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable digital products, tools, and dashboards.
- Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, capacity planning, or facilities planning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to define digital strategy, influence executive decision-making, and lead large-scale transformation across a global manufacturing network.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, AI/ML, workflow automation, or advanced analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management, and enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
